April’s Birthday Partee! And Poutine Fest

On April 25th we went to the Poutine Fest before April’s Birthday. We went to the Poutine fest first, my brother (Kinsong) that came back from university and his friend Panashe, my mom and Cherry. We started by looking at all the different food stands until we found the cheapest one which end up being Fritz Stone from the Flintstones and Panashe was like “You guys know the Flintstones” and were like “Ya it’s on YTV”. So we bought the traditional kind of Poutine which was 7.99 so we bought it and we went to the see the other trailers that were selling poutine because my mom only wanted to buy poutine. Since the other ones didn’t have cheaper stuff than the 7.99 poutine and we were hungry, we went back to buy another one. OMG ALL THIS TALKING ABOUT POUTINE IS MAKING ME HUNGRY RIGHT NOW! MUST EAT! And must finish writing. 😀 XD So after eating, we went to my friend/classmate April’s Birthday Partee at Rainbow Cinemas. Since we didn’t keep track of time, we were a little bit late. BUT she told me at school that we were going to first eat the cake, then she will open the presents, then get our popcorn and drinks and candy, then watch the movie, then get our loot bags, then go home. So we weren’t late for the movie! 😀 By the way the movie was “The Spongebob Movie: Sponge Out Of Water”. We were allowed to watch Paddington but since April watched it before she chose “The Spongebob Movie: Sponge Out Of Water”. So since we were too full to eat that cake, we let Grace and April have our cake. Grace is my friend who is really funny and she put cake on her face. Then April’s dad took some cake and put it on April’s face and said “It’s a tradition!” and everyone including everyone started laughing. It was hilarious! Then Grace was like “Ooooooo CHOCOLATE! ” and she put some chocolate from the cake onto her face. Then April took a napkin and slapped it on Grace’s face. Grace took it off and said “Eww!” and went to wash her face. When she was done, Emily was like “Hey it’s like some good face cream!” and everyone laughed again! After, April opened the presents. She opened Emily’s first. It was a electrical dog kind of toy. Then she opened Alyssa’s present. It was something that I forgot….. Anyways my sister Cherry and I gave her a coin of the 2015 Women’s FIFA World Cup coin from the Royal Canadien Mint. That was basically why she invited us. She wanted that money. Lol. Then she opened Grace’s present. It was a gumball machine with a refill. Everyone was like “LUCKY!” But at school Grace remembered that she had braces but April still ate some gumballs. Back to the day. So we went to watch the movie. After the movie we came out laughing- The movie was soooooooooooooooo funny! 😀 😛 We went into the room where the party was and got our loot bags. Waited for our parents and went home with smiles 😀 🙂

Deniz’s Birthday Party!

On April 12th 2015 it was Deniz’s Birthday Party at Starr Gymnastics. Now before that, we had our rhythmic gymnastic class so we had 2 gymnastic classes in 1 day! 😀 We were pretty early when we got there (about 5 minutes?). We got name tags so that everybody knew each other’s names. When the party FINALLY started we were introduced to a instructor named Wave. She said she would be the leader of the party. We started with the game called the EXTREME I- Spy game. She says a color and you touch as many things you can find that has that color. It was just for a warm up though. After we went to the foam pool. Wave told us to jump in the pool and touch all 4 corners. Since Laura also goes to Starr Gymnastics she finished 1st but I was 2nd! 😀 When everybody finished, we were told to go in line at the red border because we were playing Tarzan. There was a rope and Wave was at the other side she would let go of the rope on the count of 3 and we would have to grab the rope and swing across the foam pool and land on the other side of the pool. After everyone had a turn, we gave the birthday girl a second turn. Then we went to the long trampoline and did full turns on every star which was on the trampoline. Then Deniz wanted to do Indiana Jones so we played Indiana Jones. To play Indiana Jones, there is a ball and Wave would roll the ball and we would have to run across the trampoline like the movie. I think everyone made it? But anyways, after we went to the normal trampolines and tried to do a doggy… I forget the name… But it’s like a front somersault but lower. We were allowed to do a actual front somersault but I landed on my back. Like I don’t do gymnastics, I do rhythmic gymnastics. But anyways Later, Deniz wanted to show us some stuff on the trampoline so we sat down and watched her. She did a front somersault then a front handspring and asked Wave to help her to a back handspring for some unknown reason. Later, we did a thing called Uptown abs? I think you spell it like that? But we only did half of it and by the way it’s Uptown because… well it’s obvious because the song that we do the stretch is Uptown Funk.
